It would lift fine empty but wouldn't lift under a load. Got the unit home and started tearing it down. Silence taiwanese drama torrent. Quickly realized the steer wheels needed all the bearings replaced. Drained the jack, fluid was pretty nasty. The only thing I could find wrong was a busted seal, or 'scraper', in the relief valve piston assembly. Ordered bearings and a complete seal kit of eBay.
