That's why you have to pay for one and the link I gave you to contact Martin at OctoInk would resolve your problem for a relatively small sum - far cheaper than returning printer to Epson to have the waste pads replaced and counter reset.
You should, of course (mentioned many times in this Forum and found easily via a Search) fit a drain tube and bottle - plenty of information and easy to do on that - and most other - Epsons. Also plenty of videos (some good, many poor) on youtube.com. If you are looking for a freebie - forget it - they don't exist outside of Epson USA and as previously indicated - you can only even download if you have a USA Serial Number and if someone in the USA sends you the utility as a file - it will not work unless you also have a USA serial specific to your actual printer for it to work - you cannot fool it.
