Scribblenauts Remix is a ported version of the original game with new iOS created levels. Containing forty puzzles from the original game and the sequel, Scribblenauts Remix adds ten new puzzles. The iOS port of Scribblenauts Remix retains all of the charm and style of the handheld releases. The controls are formatted for iOS so that protagonist Maxwell is controlled by touching the sides of the device and moving the camera is completed by a two-finger touch and scroll. Scribblenauts Remix also keeps the great puzzle solving gameplay with the on-screen keyboard providing an easy place to type the solutions to the puzzles.

Difficulty over the forty levels does have a tendency to sneak up and surprise with some of the puzzles, but overall the experience is a lot of fun. You then use these objects to solve puzzles in various stages, with the goal being to earn all of the Starites given out as rewards. There are lots of ways to solve each puzzle, limited only by your effort and/or imagination. The wild schemes you can pull off are impressive not only in that the notebook will recognize the bizarre things you imagine, but also in that those things will behave more or less as you expect they would.
